Aligning learning objectives with analysts’ managers
We believe it is important to be in contact with the managers of the analysts undergoing our program, to inform them about what we will be teaching their direct reports, and listen to any specific requirements they may have.
Based on our survey, junior analysts have strongly expressed that they would value more help from their senior analysts.
Discussing ways to best support them can have a material impact on their performance and productivity.
Manager presentations offering
Our pre-training webinar with analysts’ managers includes a presentation of around 30 minutes, followed by 30 minutes of Q&A.
It includes the key training objectives for each module that we will offer to their junior analysts, together with a selection of relevant best practice examples and reference templates.
The Q&A session is an opportunity for managers to ask questions about the program, and indicate any specific requirements they may have.
Our survey presentation to managers includes the key findings from our junior analyst survey.
It highlights the main challenges analysts face early in their careers and the support they value the most.
The presentation also provides a good opportunity for managers to discuss with us the best ways we can support their junior analysts during our training program.
