For the sell side, this module covers how to best interact with and present to sales and traders, how to interact with senior analysts and get appropriate support, how to communicate goals and achievements to research management and how to maintain good relationships with other research and non-research teams.

For the buy side, this module covers how to work with fund managers and other senior analysts, how to find a mentor and how to work with other areas of the firm.
