We believe it is important to be in contact with the managers of the analysts undergoing our program, to inform them about what we will be teaching their direct reports, and listen to any specific requirements they may have.
Based on our survey, junior analysts would value more help from their senior analysts.
Discussing ways to best support them can have a material impact on their performance and productivity.

Our pre-training webinar with analysts’ managers includes a presentation of around 30 minutes, followed by 30 minutes of Q&A.
We will review the training objectives and the relevant best practice examples for each module.
The Q&A session is an opportunity for managers to ask questions and highlight any specific requirements they may have.

Our presentation to managers includes the key findings from our junior analyst survey.
It highlights the main challenges analysts face early in their careers and the support they value the most.
The presentation also provides a good opportunity for managers to discuss the best ways we can support their junior analysts during our training program.
